I should have planned better… I did a water lily for ‘plants’, evil daffodils for ‘brand new’ and here I am doing yet another drawing of a ‘flower’ for this week’s sketch. These posies might not exist in nature…

Yeah even i feel we are drawing flowers many a times for different themes. But then, there is s lot of variety here so i guess we like doing them. This drawing is very nice as usual and i like the way you shade them so i always open the sketch to view it full scale. My favs are tulips and roses and i am working on it still. Find it difficult though to get their forms.

I drew a lily which I actually quite liked and then I ruined it by trying to shade in the background. Ugh! You are right about the variety. There’s always another one to try!
