The lambs and their mams are out in the fields around us. I’m grateful we live outside of the city and can still walk the country roads for exercise and fresh air. Here are some of the little ones living right in our neighbor hood. And after that a shot of the gorgeous sunsets we’ve been enjoying lately. Best wishes from County Galway. ❤️
I put the “painting” in quotes because it technically is digital art using Procreate, my iPad and Apple Pencil. It is, however, the paintbrush tool instead of the “pencils” I’ve used so far. My “for real” art supplies should be here in five more days!
I keep painting forest scenes. I really need to branch out. (Bad pun, couldn’t resist) This past weekend, my abstract forest found a new home and a print of the moonlight forest in blue gets shipped on Monday.
Trees without leaves are atmospheric and moody. Creepy even (in a good way). With the bright colors as a backdrop, the stark contrast is even greater. Here is my latest:
