Rain – limerick

With thunder and lightning, crackle and gleam
With howling winds, it lashes and teems
Filling rivers and lakes
Thirsty ground, it slakes
And the rain washes everything clean

      1. John parks near me but somehow, mine is always under the tree that seems to be home to the worst offenders… even if I wash it… it’s gross the next day… or sooner!
