Yes, after an initial period of getting used to it. At first, your feet will hurt (mine did) and your back might get a little tired. That being said, with a good pair of shoes (trainers, crocs-my choice) eventually you will find that it’s actually a really comfortable way to spend the day at a desk. AND you’re activating those core muscles and spinal muscles, so it’s much more healthy for you!

Very true! I suppose the recommended time for using a computer screen is no more than 45 mins. By that time you would need to walk away and take a break! Seems to be an efficient way to work – I may need to incorporate this in my office.
