A body in motion or at rest
Tends to remain in this state unless
An outside force
Changes this course
As Newton’s First Law of Motion would express
In response to Mind and Life Matters limerick poetry challenge for the prompt “antonyms”
All my creative pursuits.
A body in motion or at rest
Tends to remain in this state unless
An outside force
Changes this course
As Newton’s First Law of Motion would express
In response to Mind and Life Matters limerick poetry challenge for the prompt “antonyms”
I love him madly
It’s not logical or sane
I’m unhinged, it’s true…
With thunder and lightning, crackle and gleam
With howling winds, it lashes and teems
Filling rivers and lakes
Thirsty ground, it slakes
And the rain washes everything clean
For Mind and Life Matters’ limerick poetry challenge.
