If I had a way to travel through time
I’d go back to when I was about nine
My future to change
My life rearrange
And make my ridiculous world sublime
In response to Mind and Life Matters limerick poetry challenge.
All my creative pursuits.
If I had a way to travel through time
I’d go back to when I was about nine
My future to change
My life rearrange
And make my ridiculous world sublime
In response to Mind and Life Matters limerick poetry challenge.
With thunder and lightning, crackle and gleam
With howling winds, it lashes and teems
Filling rivers and lakes
Thirsty ground, it slakes
And the rain washes everything clean
For Mind and Life Matters’ limerick poetry challenge.
When Jesse and June got to lovin’
Soon June had a bun in the oven
And though the wedding was white
The groom was a’fright
At the end of her daddy’s loaded shotgun!
Ah, love! Ain’t it grand! In response to Mind and Life Matters weekly limerick challenge!
