Thank you. I never realized how difficult a still life is. Especially in pencil – the shading of each piece is important so that all the vegetables don’t look the same.

Caravaggio did one still life and it is sublime… I like the ones where the fruit is in varying stages of decay… but I would wouldn’t I

Ah, thank you! Not easy subjects in pencil and paper. This is not my strong area of drawing. But that is what practice is for!
