I needed a little mental health break and I had one last blank canvas to use before I pack up all my art supplies. While the result is a little eerie, the process of painting all the little branches of this barren tree was soothing. And the background is cheerful at least. Here is the last painting I will do in this house:

Love the silhouette against that vibrant sky. Beautiful. 😊👍🏻

I didn’t find the image eerie at all. It is great.
Perhaps another bare tree in the distant background may have made it more Halloweenish
Have a great weekend Meg

It’s very nice, branch proportions are good and natural looking which I find tricky sometimes.

Thanks, Steve. I have trouble just loosening my grip on the brush. So it was good practice!

I’m so happy you like it! I have yet to establish an online shop for my art. And at this point I will wait till we have relocated, but I appreciate your confidence in my abilities, my friend! Thanks again! 💖

I can understand. You have a lot on your hands now. I am actually amazed at the way you juggle your work so efficiently- writing, researching, blogging, drawing and painting while in the process of relocating to another country!

Thank you! I’m doing the absolute minimum at this point. But once I’m resettled I’ll get back to work in earnest!

Pretty, Meg, and I’m sure a little bittersweet as the last painting in Bucks County. You, my friend, just continue to get better and better at everything you do!

Thank you so much, Dee! It is a little bittersweet and I’m probably crazy for adding one more thing to pack. But I will have one last memory of painting in my Pennsylvania home!

I am so tired of packing up but I think I like having lots less stuff in my life. When do u close and move? Soon, right?

Yes, we close on June 17 and fly out on the 18th. Just 3 more weeks! Living very simply right now!

We have a tentative close that same day! Waiting to see what title company says
