Bou-langerie / Belle-Lingerie … it’s all in the mind! Love the two windows over the door. I can smell the fresh croissants from here. And oh, those demi-baguettes!

I know the feeling. Nothing like a neighborhood boulangerie / patisserie and the smell of fresh bread and coffee when you are still half-awake. Oaxaca was great for that. I had an apartment right by the bakery. And remember: first you dream the impossible dream, and then you make it come true!
