This time around the theme was “playground”. When I was coming up with these themes, this one sounded like fun. Ah, but not so in practice. Just when I got my art supplies back, too. However, for a quick sketch, I think it’s ok. Let’s call it a cartoon and be happy with that!

I’ve made up a new list of prompts for another year of drawing adventurously. This year, I am scaling the challenge down by half to 26 drawings instead of 52. I hope that spending more time on each drawing will yield a better result.

This ridiculous sketch is supposed to be Sir Isaac Newton. I realize he looks more like an early ’70’s prog rocker but, oh well. In my defense, I had very little time to work on this. 😜 Nevertheless, I didn’t want to skip a week so close to the finish!
