I brought my sketchbook and pencils with every intention of drawing while away this past week in Galway. Ah well, the road to ruin is paved with good intentions… Anyway, I have an older drawing that I’ll share this week for “sweets”. Sweet little house of whimsy!

      6. That’s a good question. It’s expensive to ship stuff so probably not furniture. Just personal items and clothes. None of our electric stuff will work over there anyway! Massive yard sale on the horizon!

      7. Hahaha! I hear ya’. We found a set of adapters to take over with us. But yes, you’re better off buying stuff like toasters and hair dryers and coffe makers once you get there. How exciting this is!!! 😃

  5. Ah this is so lovely! Very nicely drawn. I especially like the staircase leading up to the door and the bird on top! I am sure anybody living in this house is going to be in proper shape, what with going up and down the stairs half a dozen times a day!

      1. I agree. We are currently celebrating Diwali (festival of lights) here in India where a lot of sweets is made and distributed. So i am going to indulge in them to my heart’s content and then come to live in this house for an year!
