The Year Of Drawing Adventurously – Week (24) Animal Personfied

One of my favorite stories of all time is Alice’s Adventures In Wonderland. When I was a child, I had a paperback copy of the book illustrated by Sir John Tenniel. Alas, somewhere between my college apartment and relocating after graduation, the book went missing. I forgot about it until recently, when I read an article about the illustrated Alice. Many artists have been inspired by Lewis Carroll’s classic. I repurchased the book along with Through the Looking Glass, in digital format, with a lovely brief biography of the illustrator at the end. Here is my animal personified: White Rabbit inspired by the Tenniel illustration.

  1. So cute! I love this rabbit. Alice in wonderland was one of my favorites too when i was young. So magical and adventurous! The video is a real bonus too! Beautiful drawing as always. 👍
