These are all great, Doc, but I love the first one. 😃

Thank you! That’s my favorite too, the big sky and clouds give it some drama. 😯

And it appears I’ll be a ‘Nova fan now. We didn’t get in. I’m bummed, but if we hadn’t blown that game against UVA, we’d be in. Nobody to blame but ourselves. Good luck to y’all. 😔

Ah, that’s a shame… Well, welcome aboard! You joining a bracket challenge this year? Let me know!

Nah. After all that’s gone down this year, I’m kinda done. Doubt I’ll even watch any of it. I’m just ready for this nightmare to be over, hire a new coach, and pray next year is better. Good luck to ‘Nova though.

Thank you! Yes, the height of the structure is pretty awesome especially standing alone like that, with the rest of the old church gone. Its a wonder it doesn’t topple over. 😳

It’s truly magnificent.

Wow. It’s so Gothic looking! It reminds me of something from a 1930’s Universal Horror film, and I mean that with the utmost compliment in mind.

Haha! Yes, it could be the setting for a horror film. Thank you!

I simply love those old universal horror sets, especially from the Bride of Frankenstein. Beautiful!

Oh yes! I think so too! And no computer generation either. All set building and elegant lighting!

These are great, Meg! I’d love to travel with a camera.

I finally broke down and bought a nice camera this year – I’d been taking all my travel photos with my phone. Not that they were bad, but having a good camera gives you some flexibility. Now I just have to learn how to use it to its full potential! Thanks so much Angela!

Awesome!! Looks like you’re having a blast with it. I use my phone, but my husband has a nice camera and has been learning how to use it for the last year or so. I don’t have the patience! Now we just have to travel more. Lol.

Yes! I totally have the travel bug – thinking tropical beach right about now! 😄

Yep! I’d go just about anywhere! Lol. We are home bound this spring break as my 16 year old is having her wisdom teeth out and we are remodeling another floor of our house. Fun, but tiring! I’ll be happy when summer comes around. We are going to PA like we do every year and maybe Connecticut and Maryland.

That sounds like fun! We haven’t made any plans yet for our vacation but I’m definitely thinking about it!

Ireland is so rich in history. I watch this program on Netflix. “Reign.” Filmed there in Ireland.
Love the photos Meg. Thanks for sharing. When you can, post more of these castles. They are a wonderful sight to see.

Thank you! Yes everywhere you look the scene is a postcard. I’m sure I’ll be including more of the Ireland pics in upcoming weeks!

Yeah… rain sets a certain mood and all, but it sucks when your camera gets wet…!
