      1. And won’t want to get out in it to take any in the coming days either. We’re already getting sleet with snow and plunging temps throughout the day. Winter sucks. It was 60 degrees yesterday!!! 😠

      2. Uh, no. Though our women’s team is kicking ass! They beat Notre Dame last by 31. They’ve got a real shot at winning it all this year. Men’s team isn’t doing bad, all things considered, and got a road win at FSU Wednesday night. That kid that got us in trouble just transferred to South Carolina yesterday. All involved are now completely gone. I’m just ready to move on from it. 😔

      3. Well, hopefully we make the tourney this year…because the next few could be ugly. Wednesday nights win helped the mood around here tremendously, but gotta keep it up. We don’t get in, I’ll be Nova fan for a while. By the way, when people banter about who we’ll hire in the spring, Jay Wright’s name has been mentioned. I don’t think he’d leave Nova though, so I doubt y’all have to worry.

      4. Hahaha! Dreamt? Maybe, I suppose. But the dude can coach! I’d love to have him, but I think he’s a Nova lifer. I heard his wife is a big-time lawyer in Philly, and from there even, so I don’t think you’ll lose McDreamy. 😃😃

  1. Flowers are Kniphofia, also called tritoma, torch lily, knofflers or poker plant, a genus of flowering plants in the family Asphodelaceae, first described as a genus in 1794. It is native to Africa.
Or just plain RED HOT POKERS.

    Great photos!

  2. Forget the flowers, I’m more curious why that pint of Galway Hooker has that particular name? It certainly has a name that stands out in a crowd.
