That’s awesome.
I love when I stumble upon art pieces that stand out in the middle of our everyday existence. Bringing the museum to the streets.
Hope you’ve been well.
Have a great day ☺

Thanks, A! I don’t know how many times I’ve been right across the street from this sculpture and haven’t paid it any mind! I hope you have a great day as well. 🙂

That happens to me all the time. I’ll walk into a room I’ve been in a hundred times then be amazed at some little detail I’ve missed all along.
It happens with movies too. Always notice something new the more I watch. ☺

It really is! I have walked past this thing 100 times. The weird thing is you have to walk around it to the side away from the street to see what it is. I’d never noticed before. But its really is cool!

Meg, this is a great photo and a great sculpture! It is a bit creepy, it reminds me of some form of artificial intelligence, just a face on a frame. ~ Mia 🙂

Thank you. Its one of those hidden in plain sight pieces I’ve missed because of the way its situated toward the street. And it does have an AI feel to it, good description. 🙂

Ha! I do not have the proper tools for such a project… but I’d love to piss off my neighbors. ‘Cuz I’m nice like that…

One of my exes was a welder in the art program at my school… he made me silly things…

Thank you. I thought it looked cooler in black and white – more dramatic!

Sometimes we forget the great effects of light and shade that can be generated in black and white. I use them from time to time and the cartoons work well when reproduced tonally in B&W.

It does have dramatic effect. And a classic feel if its something like a street scene or even a portrait.
