I know it’s a matter of taste
But to me, it seems such a waste
To ruin perfectly good coffee
On a pumpkin spiced latte
And an espresso roast thus disgrace
In response to Mind and Life Matters Limerick Poetry Challenge. The prompt is ‘taste’ and I couldn’t resist poking fun at the ‘pumpkin spice’ everything that appears this time of year. Save the pumpkin for pies, people!

I sometimes take cream in my coffee, like when I have it with dessert. But all the pumpkin spice has to stop! 😀
