Great picture. Please tell me you were not driving at the time this picture was taken-that you were the passenger. *gasp. swallows…waits for response…;)

Haha! Driving! At a near stop though. With no one in sight in either direction it wasn’t much of a risk! 😉

I love the desert… If I were to relocate to another part of the country, it would be here!

This stretch was somewhere (because I lost track) on an 11 hour drive from Sedona to White Sands, NM.

A beautiful shot. Earlier this week, I was on a hilly, beautiful road that I desperately wanted to photograph… but there was no space to pull over and I was driving with just the kids. I’ve got to get John to drive (slowly!) so I can try taking it from the truck! I just love this… I love driving just to drive… and blare music. And sing. Occasionally sing well, even. 🙂

Me too! This was an awesome road trip, we had Camaro SS for our ride. We got it up to 125 mph on this stretch of road. It was exhilarating and terrifying all at the same time!

Yikes! And I agree… amazing and scary! We had an awesome Mustang convertible on our honeymoon in San Diego. I wouldn’t even let John drive… LOL

Ha! That’s awesome! Yeah we were both fighting over who got to drive… And we did a lot of driving!

Oh, that’s beautiful. I grew up in the desert. Things like this make me miss it so much! I always loved the big sky.

I love the desert, too! Such a unique beauty. And the sky is incredible especially at night, out beyond the light pollution!

Not too freaky but they do play up the ufo angle. It’s kinda fun!
