Eyes rolling. Just in case you missed the first time. The new editor is giving me nightmares. Anyone else having problems with it?
The idea of this challenge is to post 1-3 quotes per day on 3 consecutive days and challenge someone else to do the same. Jacqueline, Oby-Ikocha hosts A Cooking Pot and Twisted Tales, a wonderful blog with short stories both fiction and fact, beautiful poetry and photos from her life abroad . Please go visit her!
Here is my quote for today:
“We are all a little weird and life’s a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love.” – Dr. Seuss
Embrace the weirdness, my darlings; it’s what makes life interesting. XO
I challenge my pal Kelsey at Kaykeeps to join in the fun!
I hate the new editor. I finally figure out the old one and then WordPress takes a dump on my life. Ha! So, no, you are not alone. xo Whitney

I’m having some small issues with it. The publish/preview box will sometimes cover categories/tags. When you assign a category it doesn’t remove “Uncategorized” (minimized that by setting “writing” category as default). And I really miss the progress bar during posting. My internet connection is spotty and now I just have to wait and stare at a button that looks like I may or may not have successfully pressed it.

Attempting to embrace my weirdness….but it keeps spilling out of my embrace. My weirdness is already obese…morbidly obese.

Not morbidly obese! Pleasantly plump, perhaps!

My weirdness…pleasantly plump? Don’t compliment it please, it feeds on them.

Dr Seuss is awesome! Such wisdom in a fun and silly statement!

Enjoy him while you can. Any day now, his well-known racist writings will lead to his books no longer being available, mark my words. So many of the writers of the past had heinous beliefs and weren’t afraid to put them in print. I grew up with Dr. Seuss, so I like the quote, too.
